Healthy breakfast idea

egg toast mushrooms, onion, asparagus chopped lettuce & tomatoes Italian dressing Simply sautee veggies in olive oil & season with salt/pepper/rosemary seasoning. Put on top of toast. Fry egg in same pan & put on top of veggies/toast. Top with a side salad/Italian dressing & parmesan cheese.
